Service: | Chi Machine add another, change A method to achieve muscle relaxation. It acts as an aerobic exercise, toning and strengthening the body. Used while lying prone, the chi machine duplicates swimming and walking motions while you lie in a state of relaxation. The sessions take approximately 15- 20 minutes (done clothed). This is a no contact therapy. |
